Are you passionate about helping people and creating an inclusive workplace? Do you speak fluent English and French? Join a global organization as a HR Specialist for Workplace Accommodations and play a key role in supporting employees throughout their workplace accommodation journey.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage end-to-end workplace accommodation cases, ensuring a smooth and compliant process
  • Review accommodation requests and assess eligibility in line with company policies and applicable legislation
  • Partner with internal teams to identify appropriate workplace solutions
  • Communicate accommodation decisions and coordinate implementation with all relevant stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workplace accommodations, return-to-work processes, and disability-related matters
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure timely updates in internal systems
  • Deliver guidance and training to employees, managers, and HR partners on accommodation processes
  • Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting service level agreements and quality standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects.

Požadavky
  • Experience in HR, Employee Relations, Leave of Absence, Benefits, or a similar employee support function
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of workplace accommodation or disability legislation is an advantage
