This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Austrian payroll specialist who is ready to take on more responsibility.

Previous people-management experience is a strong advantage, but not a must – your knowledge of Austrian payroll and your ability to guide and support others are what matter most.

  • Plan and coordinate workload, priorities and resources within the team.
  • Remain hands-on in monthly Austrian payroll processing.
  • Act as the team's Subject Matter Expert for Austrian payroll.
  • Provide guidance on Austrian payroll processes, legislation and complex payroll topics.
  • Share knowledge and best practices and support the professional development of team members.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline payroll processes.
  • Support effective team communication and collaboration.
Požadavky
  • Recent hands-on experience with Austrian payroll.
  • Good knowledge of Austrian payroll processes and legislation.
  • Communicative German – you should be comfortable discussing payroll-related topics in German.
  • Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills.
  • A structured, accurate and detail-oriented approach.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Previous people-management experience is a strong advantage, but not essential. We are open to experienced Austrian payroll specialists who are ready to step into a Team Lead role and develop their leadership responsibilities alongside their payroll expertise.
