Do you have experience as a Claims Specialist or in a similar position? Are you fluent in Spanish? Would you like to become a part of a stable international company with a very nice working culture? Your responsibilities will be:

• Handle customer claims, debit notes, and disputes following specified procedures
• Investigate claims promptly, gathering necessary information for approval or rejection
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other departments
• Digitally file completed claims forms, documentation, and proof of deliveries
• Issue credit notes promptly

Požadavky

• Min. 1 year experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in English + Spanish
• Theoretical or practical experience in a finance-related field
• Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
• Knowledge of SAP is required
