Dispatcher

POPIS POZICE

• Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations, including transportation and shipment of goods to various destinations in Europe.
• Manage and optimize the distribution network, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any logistical issues.
• Utilize SAP system to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Support the planning and scheduling of shipments to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to logistics activities.

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as the interview will be conducted in English.
• Proficiency in SAP or other similar logistics management systems.
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
• Valid driver's license to assist with occasional transport needs.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
