Responsibilities

• Ownership over procurement project management within FMCG sector.
• Develop and execute strategic procurement initiatives to optimize supplier selection and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of sourcing professionals, fostering skill development and leadership growth
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and pricing negotiations to enhance service quality
• Enhance sourcing processes and drive operational improvements through

data-driven insights

Požadavky

What you already have:

• Advanced English Spoken and Written form (C1)
• Fluent German or French are preferred (B2 at least)
• Must have; other languages, Czech/French/German/Spanish/Italian/Arabic/Romanian/Polish
• Broad experience spanning the FMCG direct procurement
• In-depth understanding of Procurement Outsourcing strategies and workflows
• Must-have experience in Consulting services
• Proven experience in managing medium to large teams, both remotely and across multiple locations internationally
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Strong competence in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement management systems
• Analytical skills and knowledge applicable to procurement activities
• Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary
