Popis pozice
Do you speak Italian and enjoy combining finance, communication and problem-solving? Are you looking for a role where you can use your language skills every day while working with international suppliers and colleagues?Join an international Finance Contact Management team in Prague and become a key point of contact for suppliers across the business.
What will you do?
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers regarding finance-related queries
- Investigate and resolve invoice and payment-related issues
- Work with internal Finance teams and other stakeholders to find effective solutions
- Review credit memos and investigate discrepancies
- Create and follow up on shortage and pricing claims
- Obtain and reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain and resolve issues in the EDI invoice system
- Contribute to a smooth and positive supplier experience
Contract for a defined period with the possibility of extension
Požadavky
- Fluent Italian and good English – both used on a daily basis
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, administration or customer support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Customer-oriented approach and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Accuracy, reliability and attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment
