JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and develop multiple teams of Data Engineers and Analytics professionals
- Drive the design and architecture of scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, Snowflake and AWS
- Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with engineering challenges
- Deliver ML and AI-based solutions, including predictive modeling, forecasting, graph analytics and entity resolution
- Build data products, dashboards and tools that transform complex datasets into actionable business insights
- Define technical standards, best practices and long-term data strategy across the organization
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders on high-impact initiatives
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or related data-focused roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, SQL and Snowflake
- Experience building and scaling cloud-based data platforms, ideally on AWS
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven and machine learning solutions into production
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance strategic direction and technical execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI, Generative AI or LLM-based solutions
- Background in advanced analytics, graph technologies or forecasting models
