We are looking for a Senior AI Security Architect to design and advance AI security architecture within a global technology environment.

You will design AI security architecture, define security requirements and standards, assess risks, and guide teams in designing and implementing secure AI solutions.
Working closely with technology experts and senior stakeholders, you will help translate security challenges into practical solutions and strategic decisions.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as an AI Security Subject Matter Expert for technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
• Define AI security requirements, standards, and security baselines based on industry best practices
• Perform AI security threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews
• Design enterprise AI security architecture, including target-state design, technology evaluation, gap analysis, and roadmap planning
• Contribute to the global AI Security roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy
• Assess AI security technologies and recommend suitable solutions for secure AI adoption
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to strengthen security controls, support compliance, and drive stakeholder alignment

Požadavky

Your profile:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Extensive experience in security architecture design, cybersecurity controls, and enterprise security environments
• Proven experience defining AI security standards, security baselines, and related best practices
• Strong understanding of AI security threats, attack vectors, and threat modeling methodologies (e.g. MITRE ATLAS, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, CSA MAESTRO, TARA)
• Experience evaluating AI security solutions and applying security frameworks such as NIST, CSA, MITRE, OWASP, or similar
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Network Security, and Application Security
• Experience creating security architecture documentation and technical designs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional command of English for daily communication in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Offensive security experience or certifications (e.g., OSCP+, OSEE, GXPN)
• AI Red Teaming experience or certifications (e.g. AIRTP+, CAIRTP, CAIPT-RT, C-AI/MLPen)
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
