JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create and maintain quotes in Salesforce CPQ.
- Resolve quote, booking, and system-related issues.
- Support sales teams across the EMEA region.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Support, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with Salesforce; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.
