We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Advanced Analytics to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges while shaping engineering best practices.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Data Engineering & Advanced Analytics to lead the design and delivery of modern data platforms and AI-driven solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges while shaping engineering best practices.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Advanced Analytics professionals
- Design and build scalable data platforms and data pipelines
- Architect data management and data modeling solutions
- Develop Machine Learning, AI, and Advanced Analytics use cases
- Build and optimize data workflows using Python, SQL, Snowflake, and AWS
- Prototype, test, and deploy end-to-end data solutions
- Collaborate with global Engineering, Product, and Research teams
- Drive technical strategy and establish engineering best practices
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, or Machine Learning
- Proven experience leading technical teams and complex engineering initiatives
- Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and scalable data platforms
- Advanced Python and SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS
- Experience deploying Machine Learning models into production
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or modern AI frameworks is a strong advantage
