The team is looking for an experienced C#/.NET Desktop Developer to help us build modern, high-quality desktop applications across macOS, Windows, and Linux.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance desktop applications using C# and .NET for Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces with a focus on usability, consistency, and performance across operating systems.
- Develop new features and enhance existing applications used to manage and monitor Ubiquiti networking and IT products
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of professional C#/.NET development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and solid experience building desktop applications.
- Experience with modern .NET and desktop UI frameworks such as Avalonia, WPF, or similar, including MVVM and modern async/await patterns.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with WebSocket communication.
- Experience implementing high-fidelity UIs from Figma designs and collaborating closely with designers.
- Solid understanding of application architecture, performance optimization, debugging, and memory management.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar, using AI as part of day-to-day development.
- Fluent in English and Czech.
