- Strong culinary skills combined with creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently, including planning, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Professional, service-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Fluency in Czech and English (minimum C1 level).
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
