IT Helpdesk Support Specialist with German - Junior friendly!

Our client, an IT and Engineering Solutions company spanning EMEA and the USA looking for dynamic individuals to join the international team. While experience in Service Desk roles is preferred, we are also open to considering junior candidates who possess the required language skills - fluency in both English and German

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
• Document user issues meticulously in ITSM tool
• Adhere to processes and update knowledge documents
• Manage ticket backlog
• Drive continuous service improvement
• Collaborate closely with onsite IT technicians

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent in German and English
• Proficient in MS Office apps
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
