JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead battery pack design and development activities from concept through validation
- Define battery pack architecture and technical requirements
- Support the development of modular and scalable battery solutions
- Drive engineering decisions related to performance, reliability, safety, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across hardware, software, systems, and integration functions
- Participate in testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities
- Support customer-facing technical discussions and engineering reviews
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the company's battery technology platform
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in battery pack development and design
- Strong understanding of battery systems and energy storage technologies
- Experience working on real-world battery development projects
- Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and/or CATIA
- Strong engineering problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively within international teams
- Professional level English
