Customer Support with German

JOB DESCRIPTION

• customer portfolio management in German-speaking Europe
• communicate with regular customers by phone, email, and also via chat
• receive and process orders
• resolve problems regarding shipping, complaints, process reports, and issue invoices
• work very closely with sales representatives operating in the region to promote sales

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• excellent in German and English
• knowledge of MS Office
• team player who is proactive
