POPIS POZICE
  • Responsibility for the purchasing portfolio within the entrusted product domain
  • Participation in the company's development plans in connection with the purchase
  • Preparation of documents for negotiations, management or participation in local negotiations on purchasing conditions (excluding framework contracts)
  • Management of demand procedures, their assessment and evaluation according to established criteria (quality, price, means of transport, delivery times and others)
  • Ensuring MRP maintenance data, processing of individual ECOs, execution of orders
  • Timely escalation of critical purchase items to suppliers and monitoring and enforcing agreed purchasing conditions
  • Ensuring the maintenance of items, blanks, ASL and Sourcing rules, confirming orders in the system
  • Creating supplier analyses, evaluations and cooperation in the creation of framework contracts
  • Control of compliance with contractual terms during deliveries
  • Ensuring the maintenance of supply prices in the system and the processing of documents for economic evaluation in cooperation with the financial department
  • Optimization of order batches and individual negotiation of delivery prices based on cooperation with the design department
  • Responsibility for managing complaints procedures - records, urgency, proper closing of complaints in the system
  • Overview of the prices of entrusted purchase items – main costs + additional costs (delivery transport and others)

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA
  • High school/University education (technical or economic focus)
  • Experience in a similar position min. 3 years
  • Proven knowledge of the mechanical parts market including the purchasing processes in mechanical manufacturing environment
  • Potential to support and lead less experienced purchase specialists
  • Knowledge and practical experience with the quality and quality management system according to ISO 9001 is an advantage
  • Professional working proficiency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ERP system (Oracle is an advantage)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proactivity and autonomy are mandatory characteristics
  • Ability to work in the team
  • Driving license B
