Five-star hotel is hiring Chef De Partie

For our client, one of the world´s best hotel brands we are looking for a Chef De Partie, who will join an incredible team of Chefs to create a delightful experience for the guests.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that all food is cooked and presented to excellent quality
• Work under the direction of the Executive Chef and manage the Commis and Demi Chefs
• Clean and maintain all kitchen areas, including equipment and tools to Safe and Sound standards
• Place food orders as required for daily production

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fluent in English and Czech Language
• Being passionate and creative about food
• Perfect organization skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in similar position min 1 year
• EU working permission needed
