Are you looking for a new opportunity in finance or accounting? We are currently hiring new colleagues for the international team at the Prague Payables Center for our corporate client. If you have experience with accounting and finance procedures and speak English and French, get back to us.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Verification of amounts on applicable invoices
  • Preparation of cash disbursement vouchers and processing wire transfer requests
  • Tracking contract expenditures and their compliance with contractual terms
  • Reporting on the invoice registration process
  • Keeping in touch with suppliers and processing invoices in due time

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • English and French at least at B2 level
  • Attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • MS Office skills
  • Experience with accounting or finance processes, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable or invoice processing are a plus
